Terms of Service

1. What RESET is

RESET is a mobile app that builds a personal nutrition plan from rules (not from AI), keeps a diary, shows progress, and gives access to creator programmes and content. The website is a showcase for the app plus reference material.

The service is provided by a legal entity that will be named after legal review.

2. Age

The service is for people aged 18 and over. By creating an account you confirm your age; we record that confirmation.

3. Your account

• One account, one person. Do not pass your access to anyone else.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe; we will never ask for it in correspondence.
• The data you enter (height, weight, age, allergens) must be truthful: your plan is computed from exactly those numbers, and wrong inputs give a wrong plan.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app.

4. Free tier and Premium

Some features are free, some require a subscription. What counts is the tier composition shown in the app immediately before purchase; the pricing page on this site is a reference.

Entitlement checks run on the server. That means access cannot be switched on from a device, and that we do not rely on the app for it.

5. Subscription, payment and refunds

• Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store or Google Play. We do not take payments directly and never see your card details.
• Price, period and renewal terms are shown by the store before you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your store settings.
• Cancelling stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds are issued by the store under its own rules. We can help you file one, but we cannot process it ourselves.
• After cancelling, your data remains available on the free tier — the account is not deleted with the subscription.

6. This is not a medical service

RESET does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and does not replace a doctor or dietitian. Its calculations are reference figures based on well-known formulas, not prescriptions.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a chronic condition or an eating disorder, or take medication, consult a clinician before significantly changing your diet.

7. Content

• RESET content (programmes, articles, recipes, the interface) belongs to us or to the creators we work with. You may read and use it personally, but not republish or redistribute it without permission.
• Material from third-party sources is shown as a summary with attribution and a link to the original. If you are a rights holder and believe we showed too much, write to support and we will take it down.
• Your own content (notes, custom foods, corrections) stays yours. You grant us only the rights needed to show it back to you and keep it in your account.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not try to bypass entitlement checks, rate limits or security controls.
• Do not scrape the food catalogue or the content.
• Do not use AI features to obtain medical advice, and do not present their answers as medical advice.
• Do not upload other people’s personal data or anything unlawful.

9. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: planned updates and outages happen. Core features — calories, diary, water, weight, your latest plan — work offline and sync afterwards.

AI features may be switched off temporarily (a spend cap, or a provider outage). That is not an outage of the service: everything essential runs on rules, without AI.

10. Ending the relationship

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms or of the law — with notice, except where notice itself would create a risk.

11. Liability

We are responsible for the service working as described. We do not promise a particular outcome for your body: outcomes depend on many things we do not control, and the product deliberately never claims "guaranteed −X kg" anywhere.

The specific limits of liability depend on jurisdiction and will be settled during legal review.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms carry a version and a date. We will announce material changes in the app in advance; continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept the new version.
