Export a copy, delete your account, or review and withdraw consents at any time — in line with GDPR, transparent and without delays. Most of it takes two taps from your profile.

Data export
Get a copy of your data in CSV or JSON: profile, food logs, weight, water, goals and progress.
Account deletion
Request full deletion of your account and personal data. The process: confirmation → grace period → deletion → confirmation.
Consent management
Review and withdraw consents to data processing at any time. Each consent has a version and a timestamp.
How to submit a request

Open the Privacy Center in the RESET app (≤2 taps from your profile).

Choose “Export data” or “Delete account”.

Confirm your identity for security.

For deletion — go through the grace period, after which the data is permanently removed.
No access to the app?
Write to us at privacy@vita.app — we will handle the request in line with GDPR. Payment data is stored in the App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat, not in RESET.
