RESET does not store your payment data. Subscriptions and payments are handled through the App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat. The price, billing date and terms are always shown explicitly before the trial starts — no hidden conditions.
Managing your subscription
App Store (iOS)
- 1.Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- 2.Select RESET and tap Cancel Subscription.
- 3.Request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Google Play (Android)
- 1.Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
- 2.Select RESET and tap Cancel subscription.
- 3.Request refunds in the Order history section.
Frequently asked questions
- Will I get a refund if I cancel?
- Cancelling stops the next charge; access stays until the end of the paid period. A refund for the current period is arranged through the store.
- What happens to my data after I cancel?
- Your data stays available on the free tier. You can delete it any time via a data request.
